An Easy Three-step Nighttime Skincare Regimen or Blemish-Prone Skin
Hello everyone đŸ‘‹ I hope you had a lovely day. In this post, I'm sharing my simple nighttime skincare routine in just three easy steps: cleansing, treating, and moisturising, with the products I use. This routine helps calm my skin at the end of the day and supports a healthy, even complexion.
Cleanser

I start my nighttime routine by washing my face with the Skinceuticals Blemish + Age Cleanser. It's a gentle exfoliating cleanser that works well for blemish-prone and combination skin to remove excess oil, sweat, makeup, and other impurities from the day. I wet my face, massage a small amount into my skin for a few seconds, then rinse with warm water. I also use this cleanser in the morning as my first step.

Serum

Next, I apply the Skinceuticals Discolouration Defense Serum, one of my favourite products for targeting uneven tone and blemish marks. It contains niacinamide and tranexamic acid, which are both effective for fading dark spots, discolouration, and improving overall skin clarity. I place five drops on my face and gently massage it in using my fingertips.
Moisturizer
To finish, I use the Skinceuticals Triple Lipid Restore Cream. I love how fast-absorbing and lightweight it feels while still delivering deep hydration. It helps strengthen my moisture barrier and leaves my skin soft and nourished. I apply it to my face, neck, and chest to lock in moisture overnight.
